When the work is correctly performed, the regrowth rate is very high. Some very accurate studies showed rates varying from 90 to 100%. The surgical technique must of course be impeccable: good cutting without transection, good preservation of the grafts from desiccation, non-traumatic placement and good postoperative cares.
